FJP received an award, performed, then presented an award at Worldfest LA. Worldfest LA, LA’s largest green festival, invited FJP to receive an award on Sunday, May 22. Instead of some boring speech, Naomi and crew decided to sing again. FJP Band sang two songs about social injustice, “Prison Song” and “Exterminator”. Here are pictures of the event. Afterwards, we took the opportunity on Worldfest’s Main Stage to present our own Loose The Juice award of $100 to CodePink for their youtube video of their rendition of our “Where’s Our Change?”
Someone in our crew has accidentally pasted fake eyelashes onto the award.
